Easy Returns
If for some reason you would like to return your purchase please email us at peachteanightmare@gmail.com or using the contact form on the website.
The cost of return postage must be covered by yourself and will not be refunded.
The postage cost on your order will also not be refunded.

Unfortunately due to hygiene regulations i am unable to accept returns on earrings, even if they are unworn.

If your order has arrived damaged in anyway please email pictures of the damage to peachteanightmare@gmail.com
Depending on the damage we can offer anything from spare parts so you can fix it yourself without the hassle of having to return anything, a replacement/refund once the damaged item has been returned back to us.

When you purchase something from Peach Tea Nightmare, we receive the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. We collect this as it is needed to process your order. Once your order has been processed we do keep copies of your order paperwork for HMRC purposes, but your personal information will never be given or sold to any third parties. All paperwork is keep in a locked filing cabinet and only used if we need to look up your past orders.
